Meet the Founder & CEO

Rhonda Hampton Hudson MSN, RN

Rhonda is the Founder and CEO of  The Health and Wellness Alliance; A collection of services to include wellness coaching, medical and mental health consulting, and restorative practice management. I am steadfast in my commitment to promote advocacy, resiliency, and support to increase health literacy and awareness among marginalized and underserved communities.

As an RN, my 30-year vignette spans across serving on Navy hospitals ships, clinics, hospitals, and treatment facilities worldwide.  Having worked in several healthcare delivery systems, I have witnessed the disparities firsthand, which has helped me to develop a business that supports my passion for preserving welfare, building partnerships and alliances for client integration, community involvement, and better healthcare practices.
